You can have repaired your defective Kirby vacuum cleaner in our workshop.
All electrical repairs are performed by specialist personnel according to VDE.
We do not repair any Kirby devices within the manufacturing warranty.
The repair and delivery service is currently only offered in Germany.
How much does a repair cost?
Any repair is of course different. For Kirby devices, which have been sold by us, they are always free of charge in a case of guaranty. If, however, something happens to your device or if you have a device which was not sold by us, we will first inform you about the expected repair costs² and then give you the possibility to decide.
