Warranties

If you purchase a Kirby vacuum cleaner from us as a buyer, you will receive from us, the

A guarantee according to the following provisions:

1. Unless otherwise specified in this warranty, we will provide a worldwide warranty for the used Kirby device sold for a period of 24 months, when using the device for private purposes only and for a period of six months for commercial use Handing over to you.

2. Within the guarantee period, we guarantee the functionality of the Kirby device (durability warranty). We take over the shipping costs warranty. Guarantees do not result in an extension of the guarantee period, nor is a claim for a new guarantee.

3. The warranty expires in the event of a foreign intervention. A foreign intervention is always present if a third party, who is not authorized by us before, opens the device or otherwise carries out repairs. The warranty is also void in the event that you have not used or treated the device in accordance with the intended use, unless you prove that this improper treatment or use was not the cause of the defect.

5. Special notes: In addition to this warranty, you are entitled to the statutory warranty rights in accordance with § 437 German Civil Code (BGB) if the goods were not defect-free. The statutory warranty rights and claims under the Product Liability Act are not restricted by this guarantee
